Scheduling & Events

All activities on campus that require university space and/or services (e.g. food service, custodial service, security) are scheduled centrally through the Office of Scheduling & Events. To schedule a meeting or event, use 25Live, Wittenberg's online scheduling program. Any event that requires resources, including food service, housekeeping and/or IT services must be added to the reservation. Changes to resource details will need to be notified to Campus partners at least 72 business hours in advance.

To schedule a meeting or event online, visit events.jepeteunplomb.com and sign in using your university username and password. If using a mobile phone, here is a different link: http://25live.collegenet.com/wittenberg/mobile. Follow the step-by-step instructions for scheduling your event, and please include important details, such as set-up time, conflicts with other previously scheduled events, and resources, including food service, IT, or housekeeping.

Following approval of the space, facilities are made available to recognized campus organizations. Scheduling services for non-campus organizations are honored only after university meetings and programs have been assigned a space.
